Daily Rental – Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation prior to 48 hours from rental time – 0% deduction
  • Cancellation within 24–48 hours from rental time – 3% deduction
  • Cancellation within 4–24 hours from rental time – 50% deduction
  • Cancellation within 0–4 hours from rental time – 100% deduction
  • No-show – 100% deduction

No Show

  • No refund applicable in case of a no-show.

Cleanliness

  • Carrying pets, goods, or any items that may damage the vehicle interior/exterior is not allowed.
  • User will be charged the actual cost for repair/cleaning if damage occurs.

Replacement Car

  • Replacement vehicle provided only within city limits (subject to availability and same segment).
  • No replacement will be provided if the car breaks down outside city limits.
  • Rental amount will still be charged in such cases.
  • Company’s decision on replacement vehicle is final.

Fuel Policy

  • Fuel included for Chauffeur Drive bookings as per selected mileage.
  • Excess mileage will be charged separately.

Cancellation Method

  • Reservations must be cancelled via the website or mobile app.

Extra Time Policy

  • Extra hours applicable after a 30-minute grace period.
  • Extra hours and/or extra kilometers will be charged based on usage.

Parking & Tolls

  • Airport Transfer (Pick-up/Drop): Included in the rate.
  • City Local & Outstation: To be borne by the customer as per actuals.

Extra Usage Policy – Chauffeur Drive Rentals

  •     Airport & Railway Transfers:     
    • If usage exceeds 4 hours, 1 additional hour is free. 
    • Beyond that, ₹200/hour applies.
     
  •     Outstation Travel:        
    • Outstation does not include one-way rentals.  
    • Kilometers calculated from the city of origin.  
    • Beyond 250 km/day, extra km charges apply.
    • If travel exceeds 24 hours, 1 extra hour is free; after that, a full extra-day charge applies.
     
  •     Local / Within City:        
    • Extra hour = 10 km included.  
    • Beyond that, both extra hour + extra km rates apply   

Illustrations

  •     Case 1 (Honda City – 5 hrs/50 km package):      
    • Actual: 7 hrs & 65 km 
    • Extra: 2 hrs, no extra km  
    • Payable: 512 × 2 = ₹1024
  •     Case 2:        
    • Actual: 7 hrs & 85 km   
    • Extra: 2 hrs + 15 km 
    • Payable: (512 × 2) + (15 × 32) = ₹1504

  • Innova Crysta: 1 hr/10 km – ₹700 | Extra km – ₹43 | Outstation – ₹39 | Airport Extra hr – ₹255

Modify Booking

  • Revised bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • ₹1 must be paid to confirm modification; previous booking becomes void.
  • If revised amount is higher → difference must be paid.
  • If revised amount is lower → refund processed after booking period.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed within 21 working days as per cancellation policy.
